.PDF Files! Who? What? Why? Where?
Just read what is posted below, it looks more daunting than it is, PDF files are actually very easy.
On this website, our files are in a file format with the extention .PDF.
'PDF' stands for Adobe Corporation's "Portable Document Format". You can read about the PDF standard here at this link in depth, but in a nutshell, the reason we use it is; a) it is now an accepted standard, b) it is readable across all computers and computer operating systems, and c) access to the tools needed to read PDF files are free.
The primary tool (application) for viewing .PDF files is Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is Free.
Acrobat Reader is a cross-platform application. That is, it works on Windows OS (all of them), Apple iOS (all of them), and Unix. It works on Desktops, Laptops, personal pad devices and smart phones.
Acrobat reader also comes in a Professional version that costs money, but you do not need that unless you are going to be editing PDF files. If you are going to be editing PDF files, why are you reading this page????

On that link, click 'DOWNLOAD NOW', do not click "Start Free Trial".
Today almost all systems come with PDF viewing support. Some actually have Acrobat already installed, both in the OS install but in their browser installations as well. However, if you are having issues, please see the links below. If you cannot resolve view and printing PDF files, get someone to help you. Most people involved in computers can get you going in seconds.
If you use Chrome as your browser, you can download and install a plugin HERE.
If you use FireFox as your browser, you can download and install a plugin for that, HERE.
If you use Explorer 8 or higher, you can get the plugin for that HERE.
If you are using Microsoft Edge (Windows 10), you have Acrobat support by default, but it is limited. Read this article for an expanded use of Acrobat in Edge.
